Some times we want to edit main menu of our Operating System according our needs. In Ubuntu 9.04 you can edit main menu by write clicking on main menu and selecting "Edit Menus" then you can see a window like given below and you can insert new menus and menu items, delete menus and can see properties of menus with relevant buttons.
